Hi! I’m Isidora.

I can’t imagine life without physical activity and this is my main drive for constantly learning more about how the human body is designed to move and function.

I’m 39 years old and throughout the years I’ve suffered from various injuries that could have stopped me from being active, but my body had a different opinion. I had to dial down what I was demanding from myself and I started training in smarter way. The results have been amazing and since then I’m on a quest to share what I have experienced with others.

My goal is to help you enjoy life with a functional, pain-free and balanced body through a positive and progressive approach to exercise and movement.

I want to help you perform better, eliminate the risk of injury and feel empowered to do anything that you set your mind to.

During our sessions I will help you learn the mechanics of how our body is designed to breath, move and function so that you can apply them to any physical task that comes your way.

“A strong and healthy body is the one that can carry us through whatever life brings us”

Since a young age, I have participated in different sports and disciplines like gymnastics, general strength & conditioning, monofin swimming, dance and somatics practices. In the past I have worked as a Pole dance instructor. I like to spend my free time in nature and you will probably see me somewhere riding a skateboard or a snowboard when the weather permits it.
