“I’d been experiencing unexplained pain and tension in my neck, shoulders, back and hip for quite some years. I’d been to doctors, had scans, seen physios, osteos and other holistic health practitioners but to no avail. As a result of the pain I had become quite stagnant and inactive and had lost a lot of confidence in my body. So when I met Isadora my original intention was simply to kickstart my fitness. But what I got was so much more than this! Isadora really took the time to understand my body and we quickly got to work on subtle but hugely powerful posture correction exercises and muscle strengthening - all whilst being very careful not to trigger more pain. Isidora puts so much care, detail and passion into every second of the workout she designs for you. Her knowledge of the body is next level and everything is tailored around you and your body.
