For the experienced athletes, movers and weekend warriors looking to optimize their technique.

This service is for those that already follow a training plan or participate in a sport. Whether your goal is to deal with an existing injury that stops you from performing your best or you just want to dig deeper in the how’s and why’s of human mechanics, you will benefit from these sessions.

These sessions will take place after a thorough, sport-specific movement analysis.

Together we will look at the movement patterns that are present during your activities and we will work on improving your understanding of the harmonious muscle activity that needs to be present when you demand your body to perform.
