how it works

Step 1. online consultation

During your consultation we will talk about your goals, likes and dislikes and whether or not there is an injury you want to overcome through exercise.

The consultation lasts about an hour and by the end of it, I will suggest the most suitable plan that will get you to your peak performance.

Step 2. Free Taster session

Before any commitment to a plan, we will arrange a first taster session in order to see if we are a good fit!

During this session, I will provide valuable information so you can make the most out of it, regardless of what your final decision will be.

Step 3. Your investment in your self: Signing up to your plan

At the end of your taster session, we will book a short 15-minute call, during which we will go through the process of signing you up. All payments are made through direct debit and your monthly plan will be discussed in full detail with you.

Step 4. On your way to your future self

As soon as you sign up you will receive an email with all the important details. You will gain access to a shared folder that will be one of our ways to keep in contact and share important documents, ideas and tasks.

You will be responsible for booking your PT sessions and as soon as you book your first one I will start planning your unique program, based on everything you have shared with me so far.

All you need to do is show up and leave the rest to me!

Personal Training

I offer 1:1 Personal Training or Small Group PT for up to 4 people.

You can chose a monthly plan of 4, 8 or 12 sessions.
